The Custom Shoppe on The Factory Made episode featuring our TV lift cabinet is scheduled to air on The Discovery Channel, Tuesday, May 25th at 8:30am CDT.

The Custom Shoppe will be highlighted on the Discovery Channel's program “Factory Made” and the film crew was in-house Thursday for the filming. “This is an exciting deal for us,” President Mike Smith said. The Custom Shoppe crafts wood furniture to client specifications. Clients can specify wood, finish, hardware, door style, size and optional features.

The program will follow the construction of a television lift cabinet from start to finish in a six-minute segment.

It takes more than eight hours of filming to make the short segment, Smith said. The filming crew, which included photographer Brian Teil and Laurie Brian, producer for High Noon Productions, began work on the approximately 12-hour project at 5:30 a.m.
